Hello,
I'm running DirectAdmin on a VPS.
I have 2 IP's. One is assigned to one account, the other is shared.
On the shared IP there are 3 accounts assigned.
The first account I assigned to this shared IP works fine, I can connect to FTP just fine, access it via the domain name assigned to the site via a web browser etc.
However, the other 2 accounts, I can't connect to them via FTP.
Then I get
The IP ADDRESS ftp.domain.co.uk above being displayed is correct.
I have disabled the firewall, no change.
I have checked /etc/proftpd.passwd and the accounts appear to be listed.
I am unsure what the problem is.
Could someone give me a hand here?
Thanks,
Tom
