I have a newly added domain that use alot of bandwidth compared with the activity on the domain.

I've searched the forum and found that I could compare webalizer and the Apache column under bandwidt details.

Webalizer: 287724 KBytes
DA bandwidth: 1.47 GB

Here you can see that it is increasing daily.
Date - Apache
04 01 - 0.00 KB
04 02 - 0.00 KB
04 03 - 9.20 MB
04 04 - 35.8 MB
04 05 - 82.2 MB
04 06 - 111.2 MB
04 07 - 132.2 MB
04 08 - 167.7 MB
04 09 - 186.9 MB
04 10 - 236.6 MB
04 11 - 260.1 MB
04 12 - 281.0 MB
total - 1.47 GB

It is almost like it isn't reseting the daily usage. 281.0 MB sould be the total.

Is it me that is totally confused or is there a flaw in DA?

i have same problem, in a week many user have used somethink like 100gb O_O

i think it is impossible...

what can be happen?

I did notice that too. One of my customers started using 2.5G a day. Once I upgraded to the 1.29.4 version, their tally want back to normal which would be about 300M-500M. If you aren't on the latest version, make sure you upgrade.

The command to force DA to re-tally is:
Code:
echo 'action=tally&value=all' >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue
In order to reset/fix the existing tally, you would need to manually edit the /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/${domainowner}/*.tally* files.

I've updated, and ran the re-tally script.
Editing manually, i didn't do, cause I don't know what the right values are.

I am new to DA, so if I am getting this right, it should be fixed when the monthly calculation starts over?

Mayby an Admin could give us a hint, sounds like bug to me.
