I found some problem that sometimes others could not recieve my e-mail .So I 'd like to know how can I solve it .

Sure if you give us a lot more information.

What you've told us so far is similar to calling up a mechanic and saying "My car isn't running. Please tell me why".

First of all, do you run the DirectAdmin Control Panel? If so, do you have both root and admin access? And what is your domain name?

If not you'll need to contact your hosting provider.
