Errors like below there are +10000 of that what is the reason where i'm looking for, change for privacy reason in somedomain.be

Firstly look if any of the email addresses you see in this log really exist, I'm almost sure they don't.
So it that case it's a hotmail user spamming your @somedomain.be with mail and since the email adres does not exist, the recipient (RCPT=ontvanger) is rejected. That's good.

I would rather try to see which hotmail email address is trying to do this and file a spam complaint with hotmail.

The only strange thing here is that you can't see a from email address....
