Strange webmail problem

I didn't find my problem in this forum so i just ask.
All mail sent through squirrelmail or roundcube looks like it is
sent 1 hour later.
eg my server time is 1pm, when i send a mail through webmail
it apears as sent at 2pm.

I checked the date time of the server which is correct,
changed timezone in eg roundcube which does not have any effect.

logs which are sent me me by cron are fine etc.

Does anyone knows where to look for the solution ?

problem solved

I overlooked the fact that the timezone on the server was UTC instead of CET

copied /usr/share/zoneinfo/europe/Amsterdam to /etc/localtime and

now the time is shown correct in sent mail.
