Strong/Difficult Password not work

Dear,

I have add to directadmin.conf this line:
enforce_difficult_passwords=1

then restart DA but DA still accept weak password! Any idea how to fix this?

I believe the first thing you need to do is define for us what you think is strong and what is weak.

The default enforcements are both upper and lower case.
Must include numbers
Must be 6 or more characters long.
