You don't need to put PTR records in your DA configuration normally.
They should be set up at your datacenter or in the control panel of your datacenter.
Should be like this:
1290.100.75.123.in-addr.arpa IN PTR mail.domain.tld.
Normally in the control panel of the data it shows itself how to do it.
