Please anyone can help me in the setup of the subdomaining plugin.

Please note, i tried to follow directadmin guide earlier and it didnt work for me.
The site is online now due to the its wildcard enabled there as ^ A Record pointing the the respective server.

Directadmin makes it a whole lot easier than that. You can create these when you're in the User context.

Once you've setup the subdomain you'll see a new directory in your public_html directory. I.e. if your sudomain is crm.example.com you'll see a crm directory.

Wildcards are useful if you want to do Wordpress Multi-site installs or something similar. But this means everything on your domain is pointed to whatever your Wildcard is pointed at. I.e. your Wordpress installation. So you won't be able to have a crm subdomain as in my example and run a wildcard dns entry on the same domain.
