sub domain works only with www

I've created a subdomain using subdomain menu in DA:
subdomain.domain.com

when trying to browse to subdomain.subdomain.com i get

Oops! Google Chrome could not find subdomain.domain.com

but when i browse to www.subdomain.domain.com it works ok..

i have both subdomain and www.subdomain in my dns A entry..


How can i solve it ?

for now i have some kind of problem with my httpd. it starts and than imidiatly stops.
but the domain pico-app.com, and the subdomain is api.pico-app.com.
the subdomain works only with www.api.pico-app.com

and see if you have dns errors
