Hello,

Webalizer stats are not computed until the nightly tally. Even then you first must have populated logs (Active logs) for webazlizer to process or it won't be run.

If the nightly tally has not run for a few days, then try this guide:
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=107
But if it's a new install, it's most likely just not processed yet.. wait for the nightly tally to do it for you.

few days......so long

How I can check "nightly tally"?

check "/usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue", line 1 is "action=httpd&value=restart"

check "/var/log/cron", can't see folder "cron", but see cron.1, cron.2, cron.3, cron.4 in /var/log

I running "chmod 644 /etc/cron.d/directadmin_cron
/sbin/service crond restart
ps ax | grep cron"

The result is
4385 ? Ss 0:00 crond
4390 pts/0 R+ 0:00 grep cron

and show error2.jpg

1) do you have a program called "dataskq" being run every minute in your /var/log/cron file? (needed).
2) scroll through your /var/log/directadmin/system.log and see if you have "Tally All Begin" and "Tally All Complete".

Those 2 would imply it is being run.
If webalizer stats aren't showingu p

3) Check your /var/log/httpd/domain.com.log file to see if there is any data in them. If they're size 0, then webalizer will not be run.

If they're size 0, that means that they're not active.. either they don't resolve to your server or you have no visitors.

4) if the logs are populated, but there are no stats in /home/username/domains/domain.com/stats/* .. then likely the webalizer binary isn't working right.

Ok, the "size 0" logs are the problem, there is no data to compute.

This means that either the subdomains/domain does not resolve to your server.. or apache isn't logging the data.

1) make sure your drive isn't full:

df -h

2) check the virtualhosts.. make sure the AccessLogs are present and not commented out:

grep combined /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username/httpd.conf

3) Try restarting httpd:
/sbin/httpd restart

4) check to see where the subdomain resolves to. If it's going to another server, then you're not going to be seeing anything in the logs or stats.

John,

I have finished your instruction, the result as:
1. df -h
143G 3.1G 132G 3% /
/dev/hda1 99M 9.9M 84M 11% /boot
/dev/shm 490M 0 490M 0% /dev/shm

2. - 3. is OK

The subdomain "File does not exist
" yet

In /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username/domains, I see:
username.com.conf 180
username.com.handlers 0
username.com.usage 44
username.com.ftp 335
username.com.subdomains 7

=====================================

are you need login to my server ?

New result
========

1. Type subdomain.username.com in IE, can see the website

2. In username >> Sub domains >> status --> File does not exist
Info for Admins: Downloading a new webalizer binary ( But I already do it)

3. In username >> Sub domains >> Log or error --> blank

4. In FTP Setup create: [email protected] (Custom: /home/username/subdomains/ )

When use ws_ftp login (username: [email protected]), reply as:
530 Login incorrect
! Logon failure, so quitting
