Generally the way I do it is to have a parking site on it's own reserved IP#. Then I can point any domain to that site simply by changing it's DNS to use that IP# for A records for both the domain name, and the www record; for example, example.com and www.example.com, both A records pointed to the IP# reserved to example.net.
