Subdomain and domain redirect

I Have a problem.

What system I use for this redirections:

http://www.mydomain.com redirect to http://www.maydomain.net

http://second.mydomain.com redirect to http://second.maydomain.net

Create accounts for http://www.maydomain.net and http://second.maydomain.net and then set up domain redirects. Should be in the user level screen. You can have third level domains as accounts on DA.

For example: http://revelation.cynixhosting.com is one of mine.
