Subdomain becomes site page?

Hi there,
I created a subdomain at the panel, and there is a folder with that name.
I wanted to have this: subdomain.domain.com but now it is domain.com/subdomain
Can someone help me?

subdomain in panel works both ways:
domain.com/subdomain
subdomain.domain.com
if you want just: subdomain.domain.com - you can add it as separate domain, if you not limited by domains count (previously remove subdomain on domain)

When I do this, i get DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.
