SubDomain in DirectAdmin

Dear sir ,
I have a problem, we want to make a subdomain over a PHP code in DirectAdmin what is the solution, is this possible , I allready have a code which is for cPanel but it is not suitable for DirectAdmin , We do not want to do this by the control panel ....
please let me know the answer

does any ine can we make subdomain over php scripts and programming , we would like to make a textbox in our page and type the subdomain then the subdomain get register .....any Comment!!!?
