Hello! I am kind of new to DA, though I have a working website, etc. Though, when I go to create a subdomain with "Subdomain Management" it creates the subdomain, though when I head to the link on the web, it says this website cannot be reached. Any tips?

Are you create pointing on Domain Provider ? Or you usage nameserver
if you custom pointing, should create for your subdomain too.

you can copy record from "www"
and just changing from "www" to your sub

So my main domain is using a name sever which with all the other hosting providers I’ve used I just would create a sub domain, which is what I thought I could do here.

I did in fact wait in which made the subdomain show up. The only issue is it seems to repeat everything from the main domain to the subdomain. I edited the subdomain index.html file but it's not updating, it just shows the main domain page on the subdomain.

DA uses public_html and private_html. Did you updated the right directory?
To prevent this mix up in the future activate Use a symbolink link from private_html to public_html - allows for same data in http and https. To be found under, Account Manager / Domain Setup / private_html setup

It was in the right directory. If I got to domain.com/subdomain it works just fine, but obv it should be sub.domain.com. I only updated the public html section under “domains” folder in filemanager. So domains -> domain.com -> public html

If you are using external name servers then you have to update those manually.

Are the nameservers being used on the same server as your domain and directadmin?

I am confused by post #3.

It would be a lot more helpful if you posted the domain and subdomain.
