So I recently purchase a dedicated server with direct admin installed from a data center, the thing is it is setup as server.domain.com so i changed it to server.myown.com and fixed it in dns settings,

I made a package etc. when I added it to WHMCS I wanted it to use a free subdomain from ___.myown.com but everytime I run module create it gives me this error,

The domain myown.com does not belong to you. The subdomain will not be created.

Any inputs regarding this one? Thank you.

Try this: Log into DirectAdmin with you "admin" user account. Click on "Administrator Settings" and find "Check domain owner for Subdomain creation", make sure it is set to "No". Then wait a few minutes and try to run module create again.

Did you change the server host name? If so, maybe it is not correctly setup on both your server and in DNS. I think there is more to it then just change the host name in DirectAdmin control panel. Maybe you can ask the server provider about that.

I have it setup at web.own.com

I made a nameserver in my other domain at namesilo with the ips included in my dedicated server and put it as nameservers in godaddy registrar for own.com

There are many problems with dns of web.own.com and own.com, you should ask someone for help with this.

Look at intodns.com for own.com: http://www.intodns.com/own.com - there are many errors, like missing name servers etc.

Look at web.own.com at http://network-tools.com/ - result is:

Code:
Retrieving DNS records for web.own.com...
Attempt to get a DNS server for web.own.com failed: web.own.com does not have any NS records

own.com is not the domain its my sample it actually is ragnarok.gs

and the test sub domain is testing.ragnarok.gs

So why don't you test your domains you self? I tested ragnarok.gs and testing.ragnarok.gs have the same problems I already mentioned for the other domains.

http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=express&host=testing.ragnarok.gs
Code:
Error: Host not foundHost name: testing.ragnarok.gs

http://www.intodns.com/ragnarok.gs
Code:
Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers	You should already know that your NS records at your nameservers are missing, so here it is again:

ns78.domaincontrol.com.
ns77.domaincontrol.com.

You should hire a sysadmin to help you out.
