subdomains lost!

Hi, I recently found that my configured subdomains are missing!
Their pages are okay and DNS names resolve correctly. mysql databases are okay and shown in DA.
I tried to recreate the missing subdomain, but DA says its already exists! (I am in Admin mode)
How can I troubleshoot this problem?

maybe they now in different place, like new subdomains that located in /domains/ as separate domains, not in domain/public_html/subname

Yes, This is right. They were as separate domains, and I couldn't see them in user level. switching to admin level solved the problem.
