Subdomains

I have been asked to add a subdomain to our current domain but cannot find anyplace within the DirectAdmin area to do this. There is also nothing in the Help section regarding subdomains. Is this possible?

Is possible what? Is the fact, that help system has nothing on the subject, possible? No, it's impossible, because help system does have all necessary information regarding subdomains, see the link

Must not be an accessible part of our product then because I checked all of the menus in DirectAdmin and there is nothing regarding: subdomain.

Then you should contact your hosting support team (if it's not your server). Or consult with SKIN developer (if you've got a 3rd -party skin).
