Sudden MySQL crash after restart, please help, willing to pay

My MySQl doesn't start anymore after a restart

I get a lot of weird lines in the error log like
130608 22:55:19 InnoDB: Assertion failure in thread 47814666020768 in file fil0fil.c line 4579

Seemed like a bug, after upgrading still not solved.
