Suhosin7 - Suhosin Extension for PHP 7.x

Please add Suhosin7.
As there is no Suhosin Extension for PHP 7.x (in Custombuild) at the moment.

According to https://github.com/sektioneins/suhosin7 it's still pre-alpha and it is not recommended to use it on production servers.

What are the cons with new version. Sometimes it seems that in suhosin enable there is no extra protection.
