2-Direct Admin
3-PHP 5.2.3
4-Mysql 5.0.45
5-Apache 2.2.4

the versions of software that DA uses and installs not supported by my sites. so need this configuration.

DA works with the 2, 3, 4 and 5.
I don't know abt the freebsd os, check this link: http://www.directadmin.com/install.html (though it might be a little outdated)

On this forum you see alot of threads about upgrading the apache, php, mysql stuff. A big near future project with this, is called "custombuild".
