suphp with php.ini

Hello,

I have a centos 6 with directadmin and suphp installed.
Due to a script that needs different configuration i need a user based php.ini file.
I have read the documentation on:

But its abacadabra for me.I dont understand the manual.
Can someone tell me step by step what i need to do?
