Do you have any problems with your support systems? Or since last 2 months,it's no any support anymore because I never have any contact from you, my I'd is 13470

They answer all my emails. Please try to send them a email from a different email address. Use a email address that is not on your servers. They might receive your email, but it could be a problem on your end receiving the email from DirectAdmin support. Please try to send the email from a alternative email address.
 
Also try the Safe Submit form on the DirectAdmin site.

This is not the right place to post this information. You should contact DirectAdmin using Safe Submit as I already mentioned above.

Also, it's probably not a good idea to expect DirectAdmin staff to understand Thai.

we've send many email regarding changin ip but there's no responds. now its over 24 hrs.is there any problem?
