Anyone any idea whats going on with [email protected] and [email protected] . After three days not even one response about a normal account transfer.

On their site they advertise:
We typically respond to e-mail inquiries within 45 minutes during normal business hours.
 
Very strange, they emailed the old party that an account transfer cannot be initiated. Very strange, John did this before for us without any problem... And stil not even one reply back.
 
Why, maillog show delivered.

dont think so, its new business, and in the 5 years we have maybe 5 tickets for real support.

Problem is just solved.
