This warning means that the ModSecurity package in your server is compiled without LUA support. Most rules from Imunify360 will continue to work as expected, but some, as shown in your output, will not due to lack of LUA support.
If possible, I suggest contacting your hosting provider's support and request to recompile with LUA support.
