Support not working?

Hello, wrote three letters of support, with a request to change PI license, but within a week no answer. How long to wait? If I could have written that what the problem is or is not possible to change the IP.

If DirectAdmin staff isn't responding then they may not have received your request please use their Safe Submit page, and be sure email from directadmin.com is whitelisted on your end.

I'm actually wondering the same. I'm using that form, I got them whitelisted in spamassassin, but still no message arrives. How do you know for sure that they get it?
 
Check your exim logs to see if any mail from them is even reaching your server, and if so, if it's being deleted and where.
