DA support sucks Big time, My servers are down for almost 8hours now, I have been requesting and requesting to change my Server OS to centos 4.x ( ALL ) 32bit but no one is seems to be responding.

One guy is running the whole company oh wait he might be sleeping because its late in UK, What a NONSENSE. Why cant we have access to that OS changing in our client control panel, instead of requesting them and begging them to respond to us.

If u are the owner of the license u should be allowed to change the OS in the clientpanel.
I had the same issue when i reinstalled my server and upgraded i called the license owner and he changed it in a second.
 
For the record, I cannot make any changes to your license details. I, like you, have whatever control over my own licenses that DirectAdmin gives me. No more.
