Support (with payment) for transfer server

Dear sir, i need to reinstall direct admin on out slow server in new server. We install in a temporary IP address the server, and i need a support of techinical that export configuration and data from old server, and load in new server. Power off old server and do same ip to a new server.
Is there anyone that can do this? Two server are in some lan, so bandwidth is very high, naturally i can pay for this operation.
