Suspend doesn't work

Hi everybody,

I've tried to suspend a couple of users due to lack of payments. DA says the users are suspended (the big red YES) but when I go to their website, it's still up and running!

What am I doing wrong? Anyone else has this problem?

Using the latest DA version on Debian Sarge.

Works for me. Make sure you're not seeing cached content.

This is happening to me as well. Suspending a user disabled FTP and DA logins , but their site is still viewable. I expected a suspended page to be displayed? Is this not the case by default?


Either way, is there some way I can troubleshoot this problem? Thank you.

Try hitting "CTRL+F5" or just "F5" on your keyboard while watching the page... it will erase the cache and refresh the page.

It's great that you searched for a similar question on the forum and you asked in the same thread, but you should also read the answers that were already there
