1) is it possible to send a "your account has been suspended" message/E-Mail when it exceeds the bandwidth?
since i'm almost sure it's not possible at this time, and the account (everything... ftp, control panel, etc) gets suspended, that's a feature request
i'm getting many "why was my account suspended???" tickets

2) is it possible to change the "the account exceeded resources" (it's not exactly this message) message that's showed on the site when the account is suspended by exceeding the bandwidth

1. Not through DirectAdmin that I know of, but it can most likely be done when your billing software suspends the account automatically.

2. Not at this time, although email templates which could be edited would be very nice. There was a previous discussion regarding email one of the notices because it was/is not gender neutral and this was suggested.

Sure you can send an email when you suspend an account. We had a system do that just tonight.

But the email was bounced back, of course, since the account was suspended.

If we'd sent it before the account was suspended we'd have sent it successfully, but the recipient still couldn't read it, because the suspended account would mean the user couldn't download his/her email.

As far as point 2 is concerned, I believe the original poster was referring to the website.

The reseller can manage the suspended browser screen for her/his clients; it's at:

/home/resllername/domains/suspended
