Suspended website shows Nginx is functioning normally

Hi , i have suspended some customers on an new server but instead of showing "this site/domain is blocked" text it shows "Nginx is functioning normally"
Server is build with Nginx as proxy for Apache, there is no any error in logs, is it an bug ?

From system.log:
2020:12:30-18:01:58: admin suspended customer : api=0
2020:12:30-18:02:02: httpd reloaded

Custom Suspended Page?

Is there anyway that I can change the default suspended page? I hate that part where it says "or the reseller ran out of resources".

The file was there but somehow it was corrupted , after recopy the index.html it worked
