Suspending account

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the suspend-function in DirectAdmin. One of my resellers is over his monthly traffic-limit. Every night the whole account (including his other accounts) will be suspended. I really don't know why, because in DirectAdmin the account is set with:

Allow Overselling ON

and:

Suspend at Limit OFF

Does anybody know where I can find to a solution to fix this. It's not funny that I have to be online every night to de-suspend the accounts ;)

Is the reseller account set that way, or only the user account?

If the reseller account is set to allow overselling and not suspend, then you should probably have DA Support look at the problem.
