Suspension on bandwidth overusage

I was wondering what exact effects bandwidth suspension will have on the user. We don't have any customers at the moment running who are suspended, so I can't test it decently (I think).

A manual suspend, basically suspends everything from what I can tell. E-mail logins, DirectAdmin, their website. The whole picture.

Though with bandwidth overusage, will the suspension be any different or is that the same?

I believe that a suspended user is a suspended user, and that all are the same.

however I'm not sure .

Anyone know with certainty?
