I'm a reseller.
I have a problem yesterday as I got a phonecall a customerssite was suspended, while not at limit. The day before I had upgraded the amount because it was near the limit.
I couldn't get it unsuspended and the admin aranged that for me.
I upgraded the amount to far higher (used 7gb, set to 15gb), but this morning it was again suspended.
No need to tell my customer was not happy .
Guess what will happen if that happens tomorrow again with the mood of my customer .
Please advise.
