I'm a reseller.
I have a problem yesterday as I got a phonecall a customerssite was suspended, while not at limit. The day before I had upgraded the amount because it was near the limit.
I couldn't get it unsuspended and the admin aranged that for me.
I upgraded the amount to far higher (used 7gb, set to 15gb), but this morning it was again suspended.
No need to tell my customer was not happy

Guess what will happen if that happens tomorrow again with the mood of my customer
