System Admin email and Reseller Email.

Hi.

I have this weird situation with my email system.

When i create a reseller account as and admin, the reseller gets an confirmation email as a normal email.

But when I log in as a reseller and create a new client account the email get's to the spam folder.

Can somone explaine this for me and tel me how to fix this.

Hello,

You should check RFC headers of the emails and read logs in order to find clues. You gave too little information even for making any guess.

If you have no time for digging it, then you might need to hire somebody. I'm as well as other posters here available for this kind of job.
