Can anybody please help me I tried to contacat support but don't get any response.

We moved our server to a new location in the process we changed the ip and network card as it blew.

Now directadmin is dead. c an anybody please help me with this I have treid many things but don't have experience on this

Does anybody know how to "update" the lisence

As a temporary measure you can add the old ip and change in directadmin.conf the ethernet_dev value to match the device that has the old ip. Restart directadmin. You will not be able to get any updates until you get the ip in the license fixed.
