System processes - is this normal?

I have a VPS with directadmin, 3-4 websites on it but they aren't getting any visits, one of those automatically updates once or twice per day but nothing more so the activity of this server should be near to zero.

I've gone into the process monitor and saw a lot of processes running, since I'm not a system admin I don't know if everything is ok, I've taken 3 screenshots (see below):

Do you notice something strange? or is everything ok?

Why all those imap/pop3 processes? There's no mail activity on the server at the moment.
Why there are 3 nginx processes? Is nginx required by directadmin? I didn't request my host to install nginx.

Quite normal, on one of my servers there's ~18 mysql processes. You can optimise apache's MPM config so it'll start N amount of processes, see here.

Also imap/pop3 and sginx are servers, that's why there basicly always on.

I know that imap/pop and nginx are servers, my questions in fact were not about what they are , rather if those processes are too many for a system with no actual mail traffic, and if nginx is required by DA
