Systems Quotas are size 0

I follow the next steps:

But still are DA says: Systems Quotas are size 0

What is the problem that DirectAdmin can't see the quotas?

4. If you see a table after checking the quota on /home (step 2), however, the used column contains all zero values, then quota should be re-checked.
For CentOS/CloudLinux/Debian, run:

quotaoff -a; quotacheck -avugm; quotaon -a

You see that the used columns contains numbers.

Then I presume you also already tested step 5.
Can you do that one again and then check the /var/log/directadmin/errortaskq.log for any entry's about it?
