Tables crash recovery without repairing and flush tables

I am facing tables crashed problem, Is there any way out to have tables in consistent state without repairing and flushing the tables.

DONT NEED TO FLUSH OR REPAIR TABLES ...

reffering last thread of crashing tables over the network.
