Template message_tech.txt

The content of the mail, being send after saving a support request, goes thru the template message_tech.txt in /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates

I was wondering if it would be possible to send the actual message instead of only the link. The link may stay, but in addition, I would like the message itself to be added.

I tried adding |MESSAGE| but no succes.
Does anyone know what tag to add ?

The actual problem is this; I have a dedicated server with DA. It was set up for a group of schools. Each school has a reseller-account.

If there's a problem, they use the ticket-system and tickets arrive in my mailbox. However, the headmaster (has also a reseller account) needs to see these tickets too.

I tried adding his eMailaddress after mine, and he then receives the tickets, but cannot open them (this is actually quite normal).

Therefore I asked if it wouldn't be possible to add the entire message of the ticket in the mail, or if ther's another solution...
(admin-access is not really an option)
