Temporary license

I've been writing a few email the last 4 days to support.
I would like a temporary license because I'm moving my server.

What can I do other than writing support?

Hi,

actually i found that they already gave me the temporary license. I saw it on my client page.
They just didn't respond to the email.

That's good you've got a license. When a license is issued they usually send an email. So probably you need to check your SPAM folder and/or Mail server logs.
