Anybody have an idea?

thx for your reply :)

Are you saying a client is using an account on your server to send spam?

If so and if it's intentional, you should disable the account immediately and then do whatever you can under your terms of service.

Disabling the account should stop the outgoing spam.

If it's not intentional but merely that a php or perl script was compromised, then you should rename that script by adding a .txt suffix to it, and notify the client that their script has been compromised and that they need to fix it.

We use a terms of service that allows us to charge our clients up to us$10 per spam sent from our servers, but we've never had to invoke it.
