Is there any support built into DA for tertiary name servers (I only see an option for 2 name servers)?

DA will add two nameservers. You can add as many as you want.

You should create a custom dns_ns.conf file like we do.
|NS1|=|DOMAIN|.
|NS2|=|DOMAIN|.
ns3.empoweringmedia.net.=|DOMAIN|.
ns4.empoweringmedia.net.=|DOMAIN|.
to include the other DNS servers for the domain and also make sure you add it in your whois info for the domain.

Yeah, I have to figure out how to make the ModernBill registration module add that information when registering the domain.
