The filesystem does not allow unlinking of files

I get this error in my DA Error Log:
2007:03:28-15:45:59: Unable to delete /home/tmp/marina_skin.tar.gzYqXS0v: <b>The filesystem does not allow unlinking of files.</b><br>

I get it when deleting Marina Skin after a unsuccessfull install.

Any ideas?
