the ip with my lid on the vps?

i install right now to my clinet{vps}
and i saw all the dns with my ip
why it's not he's ip ?
i mean
my ip:192.168.4.X
he's ip:192.168.3.X
{for expmple}
in the dns

I'm not sure what you mean by he's ip.

But neither of the xamples you're showing will work if you're using private unroutable IP#s.
