the first domain that i created, is getting accessed through : http://ip/~admin/ but i can access the second domain, in any sort of form i tried ip/~admin/test or whatever i try... is there a way to see this ? this server has 1 IP address

No you can only access 1 domain via the userdir directory and that is the main domain. It's a per user setting, not per domain.
If you would create a subdomain called test, then you might reach it via http://ip/~admin/test but why via the ip?
Why don't you just use the http://domain.com to visit the domains?

thats crazy, why it lets you create more domains under same user if you cant access it directly, wow

just tried adding another account and said that my license doesnt allow more than one user, so whats the go

A personal license only allows 1 user which is admin, and then 10 domains under that admin user.

You can access it, the normal way and it's unsafe. Using the userdir option is not a normal way to access domains. Same issue with other panels.

Good chance this can be achieved by creating some custom vhost or something like that, but I don't know how, sorry. Maybe somebody else can explain that to you.

I don't understand why you just don't access the domain by their names. Or is that for development purposes that you want to access them via the ip?

Or if windows client with the hosts file. ( domains to ip , we do use for test lot of subdomains not on the web) (Some aplications maybe don't work if also other outbound traffic<> communication 2 way is needed for those)

Or having you own DNS for that and point that DNS out in your connection client and the other outbound you have to use that dns as first one 2 ...
