The server is not working

We are facing issues with our servers.
We experienced this issue when we didn't receive any emails. When trying to write an email it appears with an SMTP-Error (452).
When we go to the specific e-mail it give us the following message:

Cannot Execute Your Request​

Details Error writing /etc/virtual/houseofwonder.dk/passwd_alt: Unable to open /etc/virtual/houseofwonder.dk/passwd_alt for reading. No such file or directory Unable to stat /etc/virtual/houseofwonder.dk/passwd_alt.temp for filesize after write ConfigFile::removeFile(/etc/virtual/houseofwonder.dk/passwd_alt) filename does not match​

Also, when we are trying to change the settings inside the server, it cannot pass through, and a similar error appears - therefor we think it has something to do with the server.

What do we do?

This says it all.
Does the domain exists for a longer time already? If not try recreating it again.

Log in as root via SSH and check your /etc/virtual directory if that domain directory is present there.
Also check the domains and domainowners file if the domain is included.
