The service 'dovecot' on server is currently down

Guess you better start reading logs or hire someone who knows what they are doing then huh :)
 
If you put it in a cronjob then it will fix itself the first time it is run.

But My Server Time RUN !! and work fast !

i put npdate in cronjob and it run every 1 min to set time !
 
The howto recommends not using ntpdate periodically but instead running ntpd, have you tried this?
