The subject of incoming emails is experiencing issues with Turkish characters

In some emails, Turkish characters are not appearing in the subject line. Is this problem originating from my end or the sender's end? Is there a setting in DirectAdmin related to this matter? I added a sample email subject.

The issue seems to stem from SpamAssassin. I was using Rspamd, and in some domains, SpamAssassin was active. When I disabled it, the problem was resolved. I'm writing this to provide information in case someone experiences a similar issue and there is no answer to the question.
