There is no option "MX 5", the DNS settings?

Google APP guides using me "MX 5", but there are only "0, 10, 20, 30 ...".

How can I solve?
 
Do you know how mx records work? Your first step would to be to research that. Because then you would know that the priority number doesnt mean anything except a priority list.
